Question HELP home theater setup A/V audio rack suggestions

Hey everyone I have a question. So I am limited on space for my home theater stuff (really limited) and up until now I've managed it all fairly well. I just bought a Panamax M5100 power conditioner and have no where to put it. So for now it's sitting on my sub, where, obviously, I don't want it to be. I was looking into a flexible audio component rack that might be adjustable so I can put my subwoofer underneath it (it's 14x14x14 essentially). Again this idea is in light of the fact that I have no room to put anything anymore, nor do I wish to wall mount my TV. I've considered building a flexi-rack, but I don't have the shop space nor the tools to carry that out. I'm also not wanting to spend a lot of money on a rack.

If anyone has suggestions as to how I can go about doing this stuff or where I might look to find a decent rack that isn't a piece of crap, please post them. Or if anyone can think of where I might put the Panamax. Pics are on my link below (oh, and I have no room in my TV stand either. The Panamax just ain't going in there at all ).

I built a flexi-rack a few years ago. It was 60" tall with 5 shelves and I had less than $70 in it when I was done. All I used was a circular saw and a drill with a 1/2 paddle bit.
