trying to download digital copy for my brother and i keep getting "no active internet connection detected.please verify network settings.error code214669721 if anyone can help me out.thanks in advance for your help rob

or the proxy setting for firefox comcast internet and vista.

so i download nothing like the holidays from the digital copy but it didnt go to itunes it went to desktop.what is a good convert file .thanks for your help.....for ipod touch...
