Falsely advertised King Arthur BD

hey people,

i ordered king arthur and when i tried to play it it said that it will not play it due to region code setting.
i searched already here in the board and somebody has reported it already but too late for me.
king arthur is supposed to be all-region disc but obviously it´s not.
can i return it to the seller what do you think.
