Default HDMI Cable length?

On a relatively cheap cable will I notice any difference in quality between 9' or 16'?

I only NEED 9' but it's a three week wait while they have the 16' cable in stock... Price is only $5 difference, same brand.

Nope, you will notice no difference. Now if we were talking 50' we would need to know alot more about your cable run/placement, but you'll be fine with just 16'.
