Default Cedia/ifa

soo....i'm relatively new to the game here. came to Blu by way of the PS3 in May. don't know much about all these conferences, what happens there and what they mean. can anyone fill me in (and others who are just like me)? what is the significance of CEDIA and the IFA? are they platforms for press releases? or just events to do a little show and tell? i don't understand what the significance is? and what are you expecting to happen? thanks.

Yes, they are events for show and tell for upcoming wares. These type of events tend to generate quite a bit press and coverage. It's basically a giant advertisement for the companies involved.

Will something significant happen? Probably.
