Default Is Fry's retail blu-ray exclusive?

I was in my local (Houston) Fry's store tonight and there were plenty of blu-rays and no hd-dvds.
Is this the case at other Fry's retail stores?

No.

Most have roughly 2:1 BD:HD shelf space.

Default Frys

The one in Palo Alto California has about even shelf space, but the blue rays are right at the front of the store as you come in. The HD DVDs are near the back in the DVD Media isles.

I was in the Anaheim, CA store a few weeks back. They had the same amount of shelf space for both, but blu-ray was maybe less than 1/2 stocked compared to hd-dvd which had very little empty space.

The Fry's in Alpharetta, GA has the same amount of space allocated to both formats, and they're on the same aisle across from each other. But the blu-ray section looks like it sees a lot of traffic whereas the HD-DVD secton is almost pristine, like it hasn't been touched since being stocked.

The Fry's here in San Diego has about equal space for both, but every time I've gone in I have never...never...seen anyone perusing the HD DVD selection. Ever.

I went in yesterday and there were already 2 guys at the BD section and had discs in their hands. I assume because of the sale, The Patriot and Resident Evil were already sold out.

I haven't been in there in a few weeks but they've had twice the space allocated to BR everytime I've been in there.

Frys is reportedly moving BR at about a 4:1 ratio (certainly helped by their massive cheap sales as of late).

If anything they'll be the first retailer to dump HD DVD

In Fort Worth TX they have about the same shelf space and as HD-DVD endcap but more blu rays are sold. Pretty cool

hardly exclusive here in san diego. the hd dvd section is side to side with blu ray, but they seem overstocked on a bunch of blu ray titles so there are more of those marked down. the hd section always runs low on the bourne identity, serenity, and the matrix series. also hot fuzz and shawn of the dead. there is one endcap by toshiba, but no sony endcap....
