PS3 - Stranglehold/Hard Boiled Region Encoding?

Hi - I have a quick question regarding the upcoming release of 'Strangelehold: Collector's Edition' for the PS3.

As you are no doubt aware this package includes the game 'Stranglehold' and it's motion picture counterpart 'Hard Boiled' on the same Blu-ray disc (yay).

I'm in the UK and as there is no UK release given for the collector's edition I am forced to import (which, funnily enough, is cheaper than to buy the normal version in the UK).

There was some talk a qhile ago about the game being region encoded - although I understand Midway have since announced that it won't be region encoded I am still concerned about the 'Hard Boiled' portion of the BD.

Does anyone know (or can anyone take an educated guess) as to whether or not the discs can be region encoded for the movie but not for the game - despite being on the same disc? In other words, I'm certain the game portion will work, but am worried the movie part will be region A encoded - thus useless on my PS3.

My concern stems from the lack of a European release. Is there some distribution agreement with the game that prohibits it's distribution outside North America, in which case it would make sense for them to region enode the movie portion of the diisc?

Does anyone have any information regarding this - anything to put my mind at ease here would be most helpful. Thanks in advance,
