Just announced on sportscenter the bills player Kevin Everett about 1 hour ago started moving his arms and legs. They had his Dr. on sportscenter and they expect him to recover great news! just thought I'd post that

That's really positive news! That's defying the odds too, the doctors said he only had a 10% chance for full recovery... hopefully he keeps getting better!

That is great news. I was watching the game when that hit happened. Scary to see someone go limp like that and just hit the ground.

That's great news!

ESPN scared the bejeezus out of me with their report last night.

Quote:
On Monday, Cappuccino said that Everett sustained a "catastrophic" and life-threatening spinal-cord injury and was unlikely to walk again.

"A best-case scenario is full recovery, but not likely," Cappuccino said Monday. "I believe there will be some permanent neurologic deficit."

What a turnaround from 24 hours ago when the doctor said his injuries were "catastrophic". What great news! Kind of puts this silly format war into perspective. God bless him and his family.
