OK, they trash some Blu-Ray guys for wanting to make t-shirts, now this thread pops up.

i normally stay out of this "AVS is doing this business" but some of their shirt ideas scream fan boyism such as "Take the blue pill and remain a slave of the system."

Here was my response:

Hypocrisy. Many of you guys were bashing the t-shirt idea on blu-ray.com and now you are copying it.

I think both shirts are a stupid idea but whatever floats your boat. I do however feel the need to point out the hypocrisy of this being discussed on the same site that was bashing the other site for the same idea for blu-ray.

Why don't you guys go over to that ghost town called http://forum.hd-dvd.com and discuss it there? It would be perfectly fitting to discuss copying an idea from the Blu-ray camp on a site that copies the look and layout of a blu-ray site.

Someone here started a new t-shirt thread. I would like to point out that as of now, not a single blu-blood is involved with that thread.

I still have Spider's blu-blood artwork. If he doesn't come out with a newer rendition, I might be inclined to use that one and buy myself a t-shirt. That way I'll have the only one and you guys know who to beat up when you see me on the street.
