PDVD Ultra, Pioneer BDC-2202 Vista Problems - Blu-ray Forum

Dear forumers,

I have the below setup:

Olevia 42inc LCD connected via HDMI to a HTPC
Nvidia 8600GTS
3 GB Ram
Q6600 Quad-Core
PowerDVD Ultra 7.3
and Pioneer BDC 2202
Vista 32bit

This machine plays many older blu-ray discs great such as Corpse Bride, Descent, Casino Royal

However, it just refused to play newer discs I've bought such as Troy, Vacancy, Pirates series. The symptom is a completely blank screen with no sound and no display. I know the system is running, because I can here program sounds of programs I ran in the background, but I can't get out of the blank screen so I have no choice but a reboot. Can anyone help me solve this problem? This system do work for SOME movies, but too bad I am having problems with more and more newer films.

1. its mite just be the need for bd-j patch
2. its vista man thats all u need to know lol
