I have to admit it - as much as I like my PS3 and Blu-Ray, I find myself longing for an X-box 360 and a copy of Halo 3 as it stands to be released tomorrow...

i'm loyal to my ps3, but I bought the 360 when they delayed the PS3 launch and i'm prob gonna pick up halo 3. If it comes down to the same game on both systems I pick the PS3 version but this one is exclusive. For the record this is my second 360, microsoft replaced it when it got the three rings of death

Probably this will partially help you overcome the envy: there are numerous reports that initial batches of custom Halo3 XBOX360 units are damaging the discs. Link: http://www.dailytech.com/article.aspx?newsid=9010

I own both the Xbox360 and the PS3 and I buy whatever is good for either system. For games that are released on both formats I always go with the PS3 version. If the PS3 had better exclusive games they would be better off. They should have never let Devil May Cry or GTA go neutral, but oh well. I am looking forward to Metal Gear even more than I am looking forward to Halo 3.

not me. fps meant to be on a pc.

personal opinion tho i know many dont share it. also i ussually prefer a more 'realistic" type fps. i still think strike-force unreal mod was the best ive ever played

I liked the first one, the second one sucked and if it's more like number two I'll skip. I heard it looks like halo 2 in hd wow next gen not. By the way have both xbox and ps3. but I have not turned my xbox on after they have replace it for the fourth time and just can't get any one to buy it off me either lol.

Why don't you get it straight, the packaging is the cause of the discs getting scratched. It has nothing to do with the Halo 3 XBox 360.

halo is, if I can remember my proper german correctly, solala. its ok, meh(shrugs shoulders). I was more impressed with some of the obsession people have with it than I was with the game itself. one of my good friends watched the entire mlg tournament this weekend. a guy at work is buying a 2nd 360 so he can get halo 3 edition. its weird. and the I like resistance. more stylistic to me.

Halo is my favorite game ever. I had two copies of Halo 2 the day it came out, and I already have my 2 copies of Halo 3 payed for. Just have to pick them up tonight.

I actually dont understand the love people have for this game. MANY fps are better....MANY. The problem is....that people realize that....and still go crazy for this game. I honestly think Resistance is much....much better. I have also heard from Xbox players that gears is better... So really....what has people going so crazy for this game?
