playstation store

what i think would make evryones day is an update to the playstation store so its easer to navigate and then maybe some movies, tv shows, music, HOME!!!, and more add on content- allthough i cant complain caquse they have been doind nicely with adding stuff but we need something to WOW about not just to say oh well that was a nice update so add some of those things and it will help you out alot trust me and any1 that knows anything about the movie/music download service please let me know
I recall some1 having a made up version of what they would want the ps store 2 look like will u post any pictures that have a ps store on them

I know the XBOX live store thing has movies.. will the PS Store ever add anything like that?
Will it ever have entire albums (for games most likely)?

i dont have the link but yeah it is suppose to get a music/movie download serive, iam not shure when but i think that it will come this holiday season or q1 of 2008 thats a guess though and i think sony was testing the music service by putting out the lair theme song just to see how it would sound,etc but i hope they do

Why would Sony put movies in the PS store? They want to support BD, not downloads.

He is not doing anything at all that deserves a ban, or a lock. This is a legit question that I was wondering about as well. Why do you want him to get banned?

I guess more out of annoyance than anything else.

I guess he's not doing anything to deserve a ban himself, just doing plenty to have his posts worthy of being closed.

I'm 16 and I don't have typing problems, and I'm probably on AIM and MSN more than anyone here......
Hell, many of my posts are from my phone, and they don't contain errors. It doesn't take long to go back and proofread.

for being 14 i know alot about technolgy, ps3, BLU-Ray, etc but im no expert at certian areas so thats why i am asking all these questions and how does that tuner work exactly do you get free channels ?

To answer the question:

The Playstation store might get that stuff, they might not. Its all pretty much stuff that has been rumored as feature, either working on now or in the past. That's the best part about the new consoles being hooked to the internet. Constant updates will come to us. What updates they may be, no one really knows. Not until its either released or we get a press release from Sony. So just keep an eye on their blog, various game sites, or even here. You'll see news & rumors pop up as they come.

As for the TV tuner, it only works right now in the Japanese and UK markets. In Japan and the UK, they have a basic free over-the-air TV broadcast. So the PS3 will tune into that. No system like that exists (yet) in the US, so no tuner for us for the time being. Sony said that as soon as the US gets something like that, they will try to get it to work for a tuner for the US market.

As for the posting, most people just get freaked out when the same question is copied and pasted in more than one area. Dont worry, your questions will get answered it might not be for minutes, hours, days. But they will egt answered. There isnt people here all the time just waiting to answer your questions. So we all just sit back and chill and wait for the conversation to commene. It's all cool brutha!

Sony is in the business to make money. They want to sell content to users any which way they can. It helps with having your own huge library of films, but it is also nice to get others to use their service and for Sony to take a bit off the top. BD and downloads are two seperate markets, as is DVD and the portable market with UMD. There's crossover but they can make money from different people in all of those markets.

But to the topic, yeah Sony needs to update the store. I have a feeling it will come with the next 'big' update, perhaps 2.0. I was guessing it would coincide with Home but since that is pushed back they'll probably redo it earlier. At least I'm hoping. Maybe on the PS3's 1st anniversary.
