Even though I never liked the other Planet of the Ape movies of the past, I really enjoyed this flick! Great story and solid CGI all the way around. Can't wait to get my paws on this blu-ray...

Going to wait on this until I know what the deal is on the sequel(s). If they're going for trilogy, I'll just until the end to buy the trilogy...if the sequels are good enough.

I'm starting to become patient with these franchise reboots.

I am going to buy this movie! This really surprised me! It shocked me at how much i really liked this, more then I really thought I would. And had never seen any of the films, except the remake when it first originally came out.

Definitely Day 1 for sure. Awesome movie and a great way to bring back the franchise and hopefully continue uphill with sequels. Didnt think it would turn out so well but it had everything just right except for two nitpicks I have of them forcing two old lines from the original film into the new one that I dont think were necessary.

Really liked this movie. Weeks later, I find myself still thinking about certain scenes in the film -- the smaller, "human" moments involving Caesar, Will and his Dad.

Guys - it is still out in the theaters and probably wouldn't be all that hard to track down. It's only in release week #4 and was #2 at the BO last week (after openign at 1 and staying there for week 2). Get out and see it!

thought the pacing was perfect on this. no extended cut please. or give the option for both.
