Default Fantastic Four 2 at Best Buy

So I had movie night last night. Netflix didn't come through with the Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer BD like I'd hoped and I was going show Resident Evil: Apocalypse instead. But I still really wanted to see FF2. I had just read on this board earlier in the day about Best Buy price matching Target and Walmart. So before I left work I printed out a screenshot of FF2 on walmart.com for $27.85. I decided to swing by my local Best Buy and see what the deal was. As soon as I got close to the movie section, I was confronted by this:

My eyes went straight to row 2 on the right and there were fresh BD-50 copies of FF2. Seeing such an awesome display I couldn't resist and decided to go ahead and buy it. An employee walked up to ask me about the iPhone I was taking the picture with and I was like, "yeah, yeah, I want to buy FF2 and it's $34.99. But I have this printout from walmart.com." He immediately said they'd match that price. I took a quick glance at the blu-ray section before heading to the checkout and I was impressed by the selection of blu-rays. It was the most I'd ever seen anywhere in one place. A very nice selection indeed. But I had my loot and quickly got out of there and headed home to prepare for the movie night.

Not only were my friends completely impressed by the picture and sound quality, but I thought this was darn near the most visually stunning BD I have yet seen. It looked and sounded absolutely gorgeous! My friends now want a PS3 so they can watch blu-ray movies as well.

Just thought I'd relay that little tale. I love high-def!
