Default How many current BD will be rereleased?

Just curious to see what you guys think will happen as far as upgrades to existing BD movies in a few years once BD has won the format war.

For example, movies like 300, and The Departed are also being released on HD DVD which obviously only holds 30GB of data instead of the 50 that BD can do. Assuming that BD wins the format war and a movie like The Departed gets re-released again on BD will it be upgraded to have a AVC encode?

I'm just curious because it seems to me like a few of the titles I already bought are probably gonna be double dipped in the future. Terminator 2 being released on a 25GB BD instead of a 50GB comes to mind. Not to mention that they only included the theatrical cut instead of the extended cut as well.

Stargate would be one

they would call them 'Collector's Editions' just like they do with dvd's

5 year after the 'war' is over, we will start to see releases or if the XX anniversary of the moive comes-up 1st & it was a big seller.

if bd does win, you are going to see the exact same thing that has happened with dvd....multiple releases of EVERY movie...so most, if not all, will be rereleased at some point, as a different version, or with more special features, or some other crap
