Any one else have this problem. Ive been using netflix for over a year now and love its convenience but lately ive been noticing a trend. Alot of times I order blurays I open the envelope find a bluray sleeve but the movie turns out to be dvd. Is this a mistake on netflix part or are people starting to steal the movies.

Here in Atlanta its the opposite with BRs. Every new release has a "short wait" or "long wait" for at least 1-2 weeks after release.

I've never had that problem, but recently, they have not been sending me the week's new releases. Missed Starship Troopers this week. Pissed me off. Last week I sent all my movies at the same time and they some how got two on one day and one the next. Which meant I couldn't get three new releases. This week, I also sent all my movies back at the same time and they got two in the morning, then one later on. Missed all the new releases. If they keep it up, they are going to lose a customer.

Never had the OP's problem. Been using Netflix since April, 25+ movies received. Return by mail has been amazingly fast-usually received by Netflix early morning the day after I mail them back (from Cleveland area-GO TRIBE!). Usually receive discs next day after shipping. Have had 4 nonplayable discs, all with edge cracks, but they ship replacements same day I report the problem. No doubt damage in shipment-- no protection in their soft-pack mailer. Overall, excellent service.
