Default New to Blu-ray... have a simple question.
I purchased a PS3 and never had taken advantage of it's blu-ray player until just recently. I purchased Pirates 2 for my first blu-ray disc. My tv puts out a 720p picture, but I was blown away at the picture quality of the blu-ray movie. I tell you all of that to ask a question that you may think is stupid. I am just not up to speed on new technology.

I know that 1080p is top of the line as far as picture is concerned, but what is the difference between 720p and 1080i? Which one is better?
