When I saw people talking about how this was available at Walmart for $5 I rushed out and picked it up. I know Mill Creek is SLIGHTLY better then blu-ray, and they skip the extras that are a must have with 80s slashers. Sure the DVD is a more well rounded release, but still Ill take the blu. Since HBTM isnt a well known or well liked film even among horror buffs I wasnt expecting much. I just remember watching this at a friends house (Remember Select TV??) when I was 8 and walking the 2 blocks home in the dark. Scared myself silly. It does look pretty good for an older movie. Well worth the money.
I could do without When A Stranger Calls. Liked the sequel better. |
