Gerard Butler in P.S. I Love You - Blu-ray Forum

I downloaded a preview on the PSN for "P.S. I Love You", and the lead male character is none other than Gerard Butler. I almost didn't recognize him. He was goofy and skinny looking. I mean I know that he doesn't dress up like a Spartan all the time, but I've seen 300 so many times that I've just gotten used to him looking like that.

I also downloaded that movie preview and noticed Gerard Butler's big change. He went from a rash hardcore spartan to a fancy rich -looking gentleman. Thats a good reason why he's an actor

I read some of his 300 press, and he really comes across as a madman... totally diving into whatever character he's playing to the point where he has trouble reverting to his own self after the role is over. Hopefully he never gets cast as a mass-murderer.

If you want to see an actor "getting into character" theres a youtube video of Gary Oldman and Winona Ryder that is hilarious.

As an Irish person can I just say, that from the trailer he seems to have one of the worst Irish accents in recent history.
He sounds like a leprechaun.

Nothing wrong with it, it's my favorite play/musical, I've seen it three times, once in Toronto, once in Cleveland, and once in Raleigh. What's wrong with the film is that Gerard Butler can't sing.
