Oscar for best animation? - Blu-ray Forum

The list is up for the best animated films that have a chance to compete for the 3 final spots for an academy award. I'm going with Ratatouille, TMNT (the fight in the rain between Leo and Raphael was visually excellent), and Beowulf. just by looking at the trailers, beowulf looks like a contender.

Didn't Paprika have a qualifying theatrical run this year?

Nice to see Tekkonkinkreet qualified---too bad it probably won't make the short list of three. The Rat gets my vote.
