Entertainment One has detailed the Blu-ray release of Hell on Wheels: The Complete Third Season. AMC's post-Civil War series stars Anson Mount, Colm Meaney, Dominique McElligott, Common, Ben Esler, Phil Burke, Christopher Heyerdahl, Eddie Spears and Robin McLeavy, and streets on July 15th.

Synopsis: Hell on Wheels' third season continues the story of former Confederate soldier Cullen Bohannon (Mount), whose quest for vengeance has led him to the Union Pacific Railroad's westward construction of the first Transcontinental Railroad.

Amazingly my Target never got any copies. At least any that were marked as the store exclusive. So I just stuck with my Amazon order...which I still have unopened, just in case I find at Target, perhaps I could coax Amazon into letting me return it.

Hi there, received my S3 Blu-ray yesterday.

It comes with the same slipbox as S2 (blue border) which S1 did not feature at release.

However I noticed that Amazon.com has a new image for S1:

Does that mean there is a new slipbox for S1 with the blue border to match S2 and S3, or is it just a slipless release and the blue border in the image shows the plastic case?
