Amazon Vote blu-ray player and PS3 to get discount - Blu-ray Forum

At amazon , you can vote for which item you want discounted. This time they have two items that might interest some of you. A 40 gig ps3 that if got enough votes will be priced and sold to the the voters at $139(Thursday, Nov. 22 between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. PT the winning item will be announced). Also in another category is Samsung BD-P1400 1080p Blu-ray Disc Player that if it gets enough votes will be priced and sold to the the voters at $149 (Monday, Nov. 26 between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. PT the winning item will be announced). So please cast your votes (so far the Wii is beating the PS3 56% to 30% and the Toshiba HDDVD is beeting the Samsung Blu 44% to 24%).

There have been several posts on this already. I'm thinking this post should maybe be closed.

Anyway - I'm almost convinced that anyone who hasn't voted left should just vote for the Tivo as it seems to have a better shot at winning.
