Default slimline Die Hard case

I just got my Die Hard collection in from amazon .... judging the envelopes I thought they had made a mistake, but upon opening I noticed it's a slim-case, only slightly thicker than a regular BD case.

Did you guys' copies come in one of those slimcases as well?

Yep. I'll be getting some cases for these and printing off some artwork so they sit individually . . . the spine for the collection looks so lame.

I don't mind the case...sure individual cases would have been better. But at least the case fits on a shelf and kinda matches the rest of the blu-rays.

Honestly, I don't mind it at all because it's highly unlikely that they will be making any more sequels. So therefore, the collection is completed.

It's not the best pic, and I don't have Prison Break, but it's basically one disc on both the front/back inside, with one "flapper" that locks when you close it. My flapper catches the fourth disc whenever I "turn" it. Kind of annoying.

Exactly like it just thiner. I actually like it. You can fit 4 movies in the space of one (almost) and it still looks the same on the shelf. The case is just a little over half the width of Prison Break which is still small itself.

yeah, from the pic it looks like the PB case, just without 2 of the flaps.

Looks like this will become standard packaging for TV, which is kinda a downer in my book, I like the individual thinpacks so you can lend 2 discs to a friend easily

*sigh* looks like it's time to stock up on some "transport" keepcases.

Is anyone willing to part with their case. I've been looking for something just like this to swap out my Planet Earth case. I will send you four blu-ray cases, to swap it out.

Yeah, if anyone wants to trade in their case to me - I will trade you back individual cases. Just pay shipping.

Let me know. Would love to have some of these multi cases for my collection/burning needs.

The difference between the collection is $50. If there's no difference between the singles and the collection (extras, bonus, etc) then I'd rather save the money this time and spend it on more blu-rays somewhere else.
