It definitely looks like a digibook.

Not really sure if a Giger doc is enough for a double dip for most people. It's not for me. The Anthology box is really comprehensive.

If this ends up being a digibook I will definitely pick it up. Hopefully they do add some more content as well and not just port over what has already been released.

Agreed with most everyone else in this thread. The Anthology set is so complete and comprehensive, I'm not sure what this could bring to the table unless the sequels hold no interest to you, in which case, enjoy!
