Frozen managed to overperform while in theaters at the same time as Catching Fire. I think other studios need to be careful to avoid similar sci-fi/action stuff. Releasing Ender's Game and Thor 2 right before Catching Fire was

I know how you feel Michael Bay Fan. Luckily I'm covered for the Blu-Ray purchase of Mockingjay Part 1. I've already pre-ordered it thanks to Wal-Mart.

Fresh off seeing Mockingjay part 1, I am ready for this movie and will most likely finish reading the novel again at least 2 more times before next year's November 20.

I doubt I'll be able to afford it but I do plan to do the 4 film marathon, even if I have to ask for the day off.

A lot more action coming in the next movie, with a lot of casualties. Should be fun watching Katniss' strike team basically be the tip of the dagger of the revolution as everything comes to a conclusion. Hopefully Francis Lawrence is ready for what should really be a fast-paced film for the most part.

I think it's fascinating that women are essentially treated as equals in this series w/o any need for commentary, sort of like how race is not an issue in the Fast & Furious series. This is true even in Panem, with both male and female Victors

Katniss, Coin, Cressida, and even Prim in her own way all make substantive contributions to their society as well as to the story's progression.

Sure lots of characters we've come to love will ultimately die.

I haven't read the books, but I'm sure that's going to happen. Seems like it happens in alot of final books.

But still can't wait to see this finale! Especially after that ending!
