Default Is the Paramount deal for worldwide or US only

I don't know if this have been asked but is the deal with Toshiba for US or worldwide?

It affects the entire world as Paramount has branches all over the world. There is potential for certain movies that would be Paramount in the USA to be on Blu-ray in another country as they could have a separate distributor, but I think it's pretty unlikely to happen often.

I bought Tomb Raider the cradle of life in Blu-ray from Amazon germany.
They also released a remastered (for sound) edition of Phantom of the Opera in Germany.
