Somwhere around here, but yeah, still awesome.

Both the Superman/Doomsday that hit SD a month or two ago and New Frontier will hit around the same time.

Let's hope Supeman/Doomsday comes to Blu. That would be a must buy.

DC Animated Release Dates

My thread also has links to the cover art for both the 1 disc DVD and 2 disc DVD (expect the Blu-ray to have the 2-disc cover art)... as well as a cheaper SRP than HighDefDigest.com has listed!

No hoping, it's actually been announced with New Frontier. Both will release on the same day, as you can now see in the other thread Alan linked too.

Ha! I totally agree, that movie pissed me off so bad, what the hell was Bruce Timm thinking? ah well, I really REALLY want the animated Batman films on Blu, that would be awesome.

Yeah, I heard nothing good about Doomsday either. Still, I'm blind buying it because I want to support more and more animation on Blu.

I bought Doomsday on DVD. I was really hoping that it would be good. I love Bruce Timm's past DC work. I have never been too big of a Superman fan, but this was huge. Anyway, I was not too impressed. The animation overall was fine, but the friggin lines on Supes face was just to odd looking. I know they were trying to define him a little more and they didn't want anyone confusing this with the regular DCUniverse they have already created. But it was nasty to look at. I didn't like the Lois and Supes arc, or the Lois and Jimmy arc either. I sure hope that JL: The New Frontier is 100% better.
