Question Why are the news articles I submit never accepted?

So Blu-ray.com allows users to submit news articles and as I contribute in just about every other way to the site I figure this is another way of improving the community. I'm not usually ahead of the curve on these things, but I have on occasion come across news of an upcoming BD release before an article has been featured on the site. Namely for Discotek's releases of The Castle of Cagliostro and Lupin III: Jigen's Gravestone.

I've gone to the trouble of writing what I think are detailed, but not overly verbose articles and then hit the submit button. It's then reviewed by a site administrator which is sensible, but apparently neither was acceptable. Since there has been no feedback given I can't pin down what aspect of these articles don't meet the site's standards.

Have I not used the correct attribution, selected the wrong icons and/or categories? Are these releases not considered relevant enough and if so by what standard? I'm open to criticism and am willing to adjust my writing style and change/alter the information I include as is necessary. For reference, the articles I submitted are very similar to the OP in the forum threads I started for each: here and here. The latter I think was especially good in covering all the pertinent info that news articles normally feature, including links, a YouTube video of the trailer, and a poster image.

I'd like to contribute news articles sometimes, but don't want to be left shooting in the dark. Please let me know what I need to improve/change to get accepted in the future. Surely the information will be useful to other users as well. Thank you.
