Yeah, sucks for you guys. I feel the same way about UK titles being locked. Just received a package from 88 Films, 2 of the 3 are Region B locked. It's silly.

I'm not entirely surprised by the inclusion of the deleted scenes, as Grindhouse posted a photo last August showing Umberto Lenzi holding up a clapper between takes, which appeared to be taken straight from the dailies as opposed to just a photo. Of course, there's probably no sound with them, unless they dubbed them for a workprint and *then* cut them out.

I presume that the Documentary ' EATEN ALIVE: THE RISE AND FALL OF THE ITALIAN CANNIBAL FILM' is the same one that is being released on 88 films release of Zombie Holocaust. https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=252806

Yes. High Rising Productions have helped with a few Grindhouse Blu-rays and are putting some of their docs on both Grindhouse and 88 BDs.

I believe there are indeed animal killings. It's more schlocky and amateurish than Holocaust I've heard. I've heard it has fantastic gore effects too.

I recently saw Cannibal Holocaust on Hulu. It was awesome! I have never bought anything that Grindhouse Releasing has put out. I need to start collecting them.

It has just as much animal killing as cannibal holocaust. I'm guessing they'll have a animal-death-free play option like they did with Cannibal Holocaust.
