Default Quick question re: PS3 internet browser

All research has to start somewhere...so here goes:

Does anyone know how to configure the PS3 so that it doesn't ask me "Do you want to run the plugin" every 10 seconds while net browsing?

I don't know, but I'd like to know because holy lord is that annoying. I mean, I barely use it as an internet browser anyhow, but when I do that's one of the single most annoying things about the browser. That and the fact that normal view is too small, but zoomed view gets cut off on my TV. Stupid TV.

Use the lower shoulder buttons to zoom in and out of the web page, works a treat!

Yeah, I know, but... even fully out a small portion gets cut off on the edge. It's okay for most pages, but... not so good for others.

It's mostly an issue with my TV, but it'd be nice If I could pull back just a wee bit further than full screen width. Somewhere between normal view and all the way zoomed out in zoom view would be pefect.

Or I could just bite the bullet and get glasses like I probably need. But... that's neither here nor there.

In the web browser, how do you have

Tools > Display Area

set?

If you're using Full Pixel, try Standard Size or -1 / -2.

Fiddle around with

Tools > Resolution

as well.

Hmm. I'll check that out. Thanks.

Sorry to steer this off topic.

So yeah, any way to get the PLUG-IN dialogue to quit popping up?

I don't think so but the PSP browser eventually gained options to reduce the frequency of such dialogues.
