PS3 Gameshark or Downloadable Cheat Patches

I was curious if there has been any news about game cheats for off-line gaming.
I will buy a game to play through the story in a couple of days, because of time related issues; so a device to help me out is an interest of mine. Gameshark is cool; but a with PSN downloadable patches would be neat as well.
Give a brotha' some help, cause I wont be killin yo' a$#$$ on line or anything while invincible.

At this point I haven't heard of anything. The maker of the Codebreaker has said there isn't a why to bypass the encryption that is why no codebreakers have been made for the 360 or PS3. The only way I could think of to cheat is to possibly hex edit or hack the values in a saved game file but of course that could damage the save file.

I'll need gameshark to beat FFXIII for the second time. lol
When I play a game for the first time, normally I don't use gameshark to discover more on what I can do. The second time, I'll use gameshark to enjoy the storyline (I am a big fan of RPG)

A. Kiss off cheater. Hate all the gameshark and codebreakers aholes on PS2 online.

B. PS3 is the first and only console on the market to date, which has encrypted processor cache, which is where these devices normally work.. by randomally changing code loaded onto your PS2, or X-Box memory. Most consoles have not used encryption as it adds overhead and reduces usuable on board memory for use by the game itself. PS3 is the first, 360 does not even does this.

This may be a generation without cheaters.. well 3rd party device cheaters at least.. still get the glitchers.. better than nothing however.

Only for offline games... Online games you'll have to deal with packet manipulation. The stream is public at one point.

I wouldn't use gameshark for online games. it's cheating to a fellow human. while offline games allows you to cheat for yourself. (I don't play online games)

I also hate the idea of using gameshark for online games
