Disney Movies Anywhere is giving Monsters Inc. for free when you link your account to a service (iTunes, Vudu, Google, etc). This promo was around a few months ago I believe so for those that missed it, here's your second chance to claim.
And for those wondering, your linked accounts to Disney Movies Anywhere show your entire library. So for example, if both your iTunes and Vudu accounts are linked to DMA, movies you redeemed on iTunes will show up in your Vudu library. https://www.disneymoviesanywhere.com/ - should be on the front page; click 'get connected,' select a service, and the movie should add instantly. |

No not WIR. I already have that one and Monsters Inc and The Incredibles. They need yet another offering.

They need to allow us to buy through Disney Movie Rewards digital copies of movies we already own on blu-ray either with points or money. Some movies don't come with a digital copy no matter the edition or it is a very expensive edition.

Email them. I already asked for the ability to use our points to "buy" digital copies of movies.

I wish they'd switch up the titles a bit on these linking offers. I'd love to get like Meet the Robinsons or something else that hasn't had a digital code released yet. Or if they insist on sticking with the already available via a code titles then how about something that isn't a Pixar movie? I wouldn't mind something like Mary Poppins. Granted that wouldn't be as attractive a title as a Pixar movie is, but at least it would be something new.

If you link another account (Vudu, Google, Amazon, etc), it should show up in your iTunes library. If you don't have another account, the only thing I could suggest would be to make one on one of those other platforms for the sake of taking advantage of the freebie.

According to another site (same initials as South Dakota *cough, cough*), you can also unlink & relink your existing account and get the freebie automatically; good to know if you're already linked to the max (I can't get FiOS, the new provider, where I live & I'm already linked to all the others). Alas, I already have *four* DMA licenses for Monsters, Inc. -- including a DMA freebie from when Amazon & Microsoft joined -- so it's pointless for me.
![]() The good news out of this? First, FiOS now joins Vudu as dual UV/DMA providers, so that should encourage more sites now with just one to join the other also. Second, with media reports earlier this year that Comcast's Xfinity On Demand is preparing to join DMA, odds are they will be next -- and with Comcast also owning 80% of FandangoNow thru Fandango (WB got the other 20% as part of the Flixster deal) *plus* 100% of Universal, I suspect Xfinity On Demand is also likely to join UV soon. Those could bring a new air of legitimacy to both license sharing platforms, especially as more providers join both of them. (Edit: The whole reason DMA does these freebies is to celebrate adding new providers. They offered The Incredibles when it launched with just iTunes in February 2014, then Wreck-it Ralph for Google Play & Vudu in fall 2014, then Monsters, Inc. for Amazon & Microsoft last fall and now again for FiOS.) Sounds like I should hold off getting Wreck-It Ralph just in case Comcast joins DMA and it gets a repeat like Monsters Inc did. On the other hand I'm not sure I want Xfinity On Demand to join UV. They might decide make Universal to go all-UV like Sony and WB did.

Lame that they're just repeating it; I wish they featured a different title. In fact, I was bummed when they offered The Incredibles awhile back, because there was a digital copy included with every version of the blu-ray, so if you own it you already have it. Should feature things without DC's, like the Pixar movies they're only now releasing with a new code.
