Thread question for mods - Blu-ray Forum

can I make a thread in off topic that IS off topic? Meaning we can talk about anything and aren't restricted to the thread subject? Just somewhere you can and talk about anything and not have to make a thread for it. And possibly make it a sticky?

Just making sure, got in trouble for that last time. I'd like to do it legally this go around.

Yeah, I can understand the suspension though. If he get politics in the mix, the entire forum will be polarized, NOT a good idea.
