Jurassic World 3 confirmed !

Or should we call it Jurassic Park 6? Some news sites are bringing it as "The upcoming sequel to Jurassic World is going to be stretched into two movies." So I wonder, will this be one movie split in "Part I" and "Part II" or more like Pirates of the Caribbean II & III, where the story does have big connections, but also sets up a new major storyline.

PS : I know the topic is kinda early, but it's not different with all the Avenger and/or Star Wars etc. threads that are already up, but not always concrete.

I think they've been discussing this new trilogy since 2005 or so. Of course, nothing was set in stone, especially anything before Jurassic World. However when Trevorrow and Spielberg began working together, they wanted to craft a new trilogy. Seems like the road is currently being paved. I'm all down for Jurassic Park 5 & 6 or Jurassic World 2 & 3. If it takes 3 years between JW1 & JW 2, I guess we can expect JW3 in June 2021.

Bring on the dinos!!

I'm very curious where they will take this. Although I do believe all the "Jurassic Outbreak" and "Jurassic War" rumors won't be far from the truth.

Yeah, they've been planning the new wave of movies to be a trilogy for well over a decade, so no surprise they're going ahead with that now after JW's success.

I almost wouldn't be surprised if we're in space by the sixth movie, and I'm strangely okay with that.

There's one thing I really need to see from a Jurassic Park movie.. an underwater territorial battle with giant prehistoric fish, preferably with some main characters trying to swim away from the danger.

I truely hope they leave the over the top moments out and step away from the goofy stuff. But I'm afraid it will go the other way ...

Since these are "fun summer movies", it'll never happen, but I always thought it'd be great if the last movie in the series ended with us being extinct and the dinos ruling the world again.

As long as Chris and Bryce are in it, I'll be excited. If not ... then probably not.

They are what made JW for me in the first place.
