shamus Blu-ray Guru Top contributor Member since:Sep 2006 Trading Score:25	Samsung firmware is here!!!!!!!! I got a tip over at AVS so I called.... Ok!!!! Just called Samsung... They are shipping me one. Should be here between a week and 10 days. When asked what it fixes... he said fixes the softness issue(it turns off NR chip... you will not be able to turn it on again) and makes it BD-J(I think thats what its called) compatability. Its been out for a week or two(I wish they would of told us that!!!!) I asked if you can notice a difference... He said yes it sharpens the picture but you see more flaws. He also said it will be available on their site shortly for download(no eta). When you call try to get to level 2 tech support... The regular call takers are a bunch of monkeys.... Have your serial # ready also!!!! Good luck!!!!
