Problem w/WHV phone yesterday - Blu-ray Forum

I am assuming that they were short staffed yesterday but I called WHV for a disc replacement yesterday and could never get through. I held for 4 hours (phone in my pocket as I got ready for our guests today). I am going to try again tomorrow. I am calling 1-800-553-6937 right? I called them right at 7 am when they opened and listened to Jill FM for 4 hours. How many lines could they have? I have the box set disc art on my single disc. I have returned it to 4 area stores and they all have the same disc. I want them all to match.

Their phone lines were probibly jammed because it seems that yesturday (christmas eve) everyone that had cancelled there Warner orders, including me, had a package from Warner delivered to them. I'm sure people were calling to make sure they were not charged for these and how to return them.
