WHV replacement question - Blu-ray Forum

I just called WHV after being on hold for hours over the last few days and finally got through. I have the single disc Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. The disc artwork matches the box set and I am wanting the character art so that it matches the other 4 dvds that I have. Is WHV not replacing them? The operator told me that they are only replacing the HD-DVD disc that some people got in the box set. Didn't I read the other day that someone here had the same problem as me and called and got a replacement?

some reps there will replace them for you, some wont i guess it is kinda hit or miss
