Default Para-***** on PSN

I just downloaded the trailer for "the Spiderwick chronicles" from PSN.

Does anyone else find it a tad bit inconsistent that the worthless sacks of crap at paramount shaft each and every person in the BD community, then turn to our flagship, the PS3, to try to drum up business for their wares?

Funny how they all decry from the mountain top that PS3 owners don't watch movies, then they advertise movies THROUGH THE PS3... I guess maybe this is an admission that maybe PS3 owners do watch a movie now and then.

Two different segments of industry/business.

Search around, you'll find a good number of threads on this subject with more info.

Lots of Paramount trailers on PSN. Universal too. Blu-studio movies will air on NBC (Universal) at times, and HDDVD movies will air on ABC (Disney).

SImpky put: different branches of the industry. Same rules dont apply.

I understand about the whole "airing shows on other networks" thing... It just seems rather ironic that after spewing BS about how PS3 owners are gamers and don't buy movies, they advertise movies through the PS3.

Well, it just goes to show that for some people (and some corporations) you have to look at their actions, and not their talk, to understand what they really believe.
