Default Dracula vs. Frankenstein (1971) coming from Severin

So remember 3 months ago when Shriek Show released Dracula Vs Frankenstein on Blu-ray? Well, turns out Severin is releasing their own edition now!

The attached image came from DVD News Flash who found out in a recent issue of Rue Morgue.

This might be for the one Jess Franco did.

Did we know Emmanuel and the Last Cannibal was coming as well? If not, that is also featured in the ad.

I believe it was forum member, NoirFan, who found the ad in Rue Morgue and took that picture of it. He posted it in the Severin thread and in his Stephen Thrower's Nightmare USA: A Blu-ray Checklist thread. See the spoilers below.

Does anyone know if this is the Naschy film (which I thought was coming from Code Red), another edition of the Al Adamson movie, or possibly the Franco film (under its alternate title)?

No, that artwork corresponds to the Adamson film.

Severin had previously hinted at this on Facebook, just after Christmas.

NoirFan also confirmed with Severin that...

I always love it when two companies put out their own respective discs of a movie in such a short period of time.

Reminds me of the time Shriek Show and Blue Underground both had DVDs of Zombie out the same day or so.

The original post was referring to the Adamson film. It's been a long time since I saw it but it used to play on TV all the time when I was growing up. I've got the blu-ray but haven't watched it yet.

Yes this is the Adamson film thread , The Franco film has no thread . Just answering a question from a long time ago . There both wacky movies , But I like the Franco one better , Will be nice for the English dub .

I wish They would do a separate for Adamson Dracula's Castle with Horror of the Blood Monsters blu-ray . That oop box set is crazy priced + most those movies are horrible .
