Not weird at all when Atlus don't support Xbox One same as NIS who recently bashed Microsoft about how they don't support Japanese games. NIS have been transitioning from Vita to Switch so it would be far more likely for Atlus to go Switch than Xbox. As a Vita fan between this and the Persona rhythm games I am happy to see Atlus are still in the Vita camp for at least a bit longer

PS Vita is very active in Japan. It's just outside of Japan it's not so much. Though Atlus USA still supports the Vita like the recent 2 Utawarerumono games and Dungeon Travelers 2. Japan's love for portable gaming systems definitely helps with so many games to choose from.
Xbox systems usually do pretty poorly there which kind of makes it the Vita for Japan saleswise. |

Well technically it’s not really an “PS4 Exclusive Limited Edition”, it’s just that the PS Vita version will remain unlocalized and Steam is a download service. Very rarely does Steam users get these kind of things. You have to get the Heart’s Desire Premium Edition to get that.
