Default receiver question

hey guys,
i've been looking at upgrading my receiver for some time. i would like a receiver with hdmi. hdmi 1.3 would obviously be desired, but its not required. i actually don't know of anything out there that even has 1.3. anyway, my current receiver is the yamaha rx-v800 and i've been very happy with it. i've been looking at the denon 3806 and 4306 as well as the yamaha rx-v4600 and 2700 as my future replacement. any suggestions or ups/downs of these products?

Integra recievers are great. I have the 7.6 DTR which has THX select 2, 7.1, HDMI audio support, and it cranks 110 watts rms per channel. I am pushing a pardigm system with 2-moniter 9(Fronts), ps -1000(sub), 370cc(center), and 4 adp 370's(surrounds). I have no problems and it is really clean sounding. They only draw back is the $1499 price tag, but I delt with a local store and got it for $1225. IMO interga is the best bang for the buck. The price is the only down on this one other than you want to set the speakers up man. rather than with the mic.
One to stay away from is the new onkyo with HDMI upconvert. It muddies up the the pq. The older onkyo's from last year are ok and have HDMI as well. I believe they are all on sale right now.
