I wish, but this is Disney we're talking about. Hang onto that 3D Blu-ray if you want the IMAX AR. Same with Doctor Strange.

No way I am.dumping the native 3D and post converted 3D Blu-rays of any film that features IMAX AR.

This was the first Marvel movie to be mastered in Dolby Vision.

Just don't expect it on the disc.

May 'upgrade' all the 3D blus to 4k, when available, since 3D mostly just gives me a bad headache now.

The airport scene in IMAX only makes the bland cinematography more evident making it look like a cheap made for TV film.

Which shouldn't be mistaken as a negative opinion towards Civil War as I love the film; it's just IMAX didn't work for it.

The only MCU films that deserve to have IMAX scenes included on the 4K release are Doctor Strange and both Guardians films. Those utilize IMAX format the best.

I have the whole set of matching 'paint-splash' MCU blu-rays with pristine slipcovers. Hoping I can sell them as a set on eBay and get a decent amount since I'll be upgrading ALL OF THEM to 4K.
