Unhappy What are the worst movies you own because they're from a box set?

I ordered the Predator 4K Collection because it was cheap and now The Predator becomes one of my worst movies.

Also on the list, Batman & Robin from the Batman Anthology, Superman III and Superman IV from the Superman Anthology, and several of the Friday the 13th movies from the Friday the 13th Collection.

I have the Bond 50 box set, but other than Die Another Day, I don't know if I'd list the bad Bond movies as awful, and even Die Another Day had a good first half.

Rob Zombie's Halloween and Halloween II, from the Scream Factory box set.

Off the top of my head, it would have to be Scream 3, which isn't actually that bad on its own, only in comparison. But I think the winner is probably Underworld: Rise of the Lycans. My interest in an Underworld movie without Kate is about 0%. Though, again, probably not that bad of a movie on its own.

I'm might be forgetting something obvious. But I don't think so.

Halloween: Resurrection

Jason Goes to Hell and Jason X would be contenders if I owned the more complete Ft13 set.

Not that many, thankfully

Superman 4 from the Anthology
Red Dragon from the Hannibal Lecter Collection
Alien 4 from the Alien Anthology
The Mirror Crack'd from the Agatha Christie Collection
Phantom of the Opera from the Universal Classic Monsters set.

There are other disappointing movies, but these are the train-wrecks.

Robocop 3. I only own the trilogy set for Robocop 2.

Also got Intolerable Cruelty in a Coen Bros 5-movie set, which I've never even touched.

I usually avoid buying boxsets with crappy sequels unless the price is dirt cheap (both of the above sets). So I'll purposely seek out individual releases to not patronize garbage, like Batman and Batman Returns separate releases to avoid 3 and 4.

10,000 BC in the Warner monster set (at the time it was the cheapest way to buy the original King Kong), & of course the wretched Kingdom of the Crystal Skull in the Indiana Jones box set.

The Matrix sequels, but when I got the box set it was the same price as the first film individually.

Interesting thread. Just a few nuggets off the top of my head, though I'm sure there are more...

A SAFE PLACE off of AMERICA LOST AND FOUND: THE BBS STORY
THE OMEN remake off of THE OMEN COLLECTION
THE PHANTOM MENACE off of STAR WARS: THE COMPLETE SAGA (though in all honesty none of the prequels are gems)
THE LEGEND OF ZORRO off of the ZORRO DOUBLE FEATURE
ALIEN RESURRECTION off of THE ALIEN ANTHOLOGY

BLADE: TRINITY, CONSTANTINE and NIGHT WATCH off of various triple-feature compilations.

Oddly (very oddly considering I've owned them for years), I've never seen BATMAN & ROBIN, SUPERMAN IV: THE QUEST FOR PEACE or X-MEN: THE LAST STAND; maybe next year (I've been saying that for years now )...

Why would you list something you’ve never seen? You may like it.

From the Home Alone 25th Anniversary Ultimate Collector's Edition:

I'm happy to own these movies and watch them every once in a while, but Home Alone 4 & 5 are generally bad movies:

Home Alone 3 deserves a Blu-ray.

Superman 4 is horrible as well but more entertaining.
