Default HD DVD commercial on TV... Not giving up?

I don't know if someone already posted this but...
Last night, I was watching American Idol (it was so fun and funny, btw!) and in between saw an HD DVD commercial featuring Shrek saying HD DVD has the best PQ. I thought Toshiba is still trying and fighting hard. What makes them dare to still mislead and confuse people? Will they continue to try until the last moment? They better throw the towel right now.

"You are my BROTHER....I am your BROTHER"

So they have taken their fud to national television stating that it has the best PQ. I like to put that up against Cars.

And for anyone else watching last night, who thought that the last girl from Texas was just absolutely hot?

That commercial was made and booked in advance. Way before Warner's announcement.

They've got HD DVD commercials on the radio here, going on about Toshiba laptops with HD DVD players and 5 free movies. I hear it every day while driving to and from work. Never heard a Blu-ray advert. Still, the % of the population who will be duped into buying a Toshiba HD DVD laptop through this advertising must be pretty small given the wide media coverage saying that Blu-ray has won after the Warner announcement.
