Crimson Tide

I suppose this is my first "old" title and I was curious as to how it would look on blu-ray disc.


Crystal clear, great picture and detail and whilst I only had access to the regular dolby digital track running at over 600 Kbps, I was still impressed with the use of surround and bass (especially the scene where they're all standing in the rain before boarding the sub. The thunder rolling across the surrounds coupled with the rain and bass made me feel like I was there!).

Oh, and the score and movie itself are top notch anyway, all in all a good purchase.
