Default Warner Exclusive Deal & HD DVD Imports

I tried searching, but do you know how many posts come up with Warner and HD DVD? Sheesh.... anyway, sorry if this is a rerun:

With Warner going exclusive, does this impact the HD DVDs that they distribute overseas? (Like Ghost Rider, Resident Evil, etc.)

In other words, will those HD DVDs dry up, as well?

I've found no definitive answer.... just a bunch of muck.

It varies, you have to find out who is distributing what overseas. I think Warner movies are distributed by other companies over seas, so yeah. They might be able to import, but i doub all the HDDVD fans will go to the trouble and spend the money to import all WB films. Is probably cheaper to buy a blu ray player and buy them here.

Warner said it's worldwide exclusive.

So even Beowulf will be Blu-Ray exclusive outside the US (at least after may)
