What are the chances of seeing obscure/low-budget films on Blu-ray?

I was wondering. Eventually will all movies make their way onto Blu-ray. There are some films I like, which to start out woth don't have high quality video or sound transfers. One Movie I really enjoy, although a bit Cheesy is Dario Agrento and Lamberto Bava's Demons. Now this will never have 5* PQ, but I would like to add something like this to my BD collection. What do you think ht echances are we will see movies like this and many other low budget movies on BD.
