Paramount Transformers : Rise of the Beasts 3D Blu-ray (2023) [Region Free]

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts 3D Blu-ray

Original post:
Apparently the 3D trailer for this movie has been playing in front of Avatar 2 which I suppose is not surprising. As this is a Paramount movie, don’t expect to see a 3D Blu-ray of this. At best, it might go on the Bigscreen VR streaming service.

Moderator note:
The film was released on 3D Blu-ray by Turbine in December 2025. The disc is REGION FREE.

Great to hear that Paramount is still in the 3D game.
Expected an only flat cinema release for this. After Warner canceled all 3D conversions for newer entrys of their 3D movies , I thought Paramount will do the same, after Top Gun 2 was just released flat on all screens.

I think this is an first post Avatar 2 3D decision!

Hopefuly somerhing happens and Paramount will give RSM the go for a 3D Blu-ray or do it self.

They give old, very unknown movies a first time Blu-ray release and people commenting like "who needs this". I think they would sell much, much more copies making a "Best of 3D" boxset including titles like "Mission Impossible: Falllout", "Bumblebee", "Wonder Park" and the new Transformers 3D movie and give it single keepcase releases...

Guys, write to these companies, saying you are in 3D love again, because of Avatar 2, asking for a late 3D Blu-ray comeback! Let them know we would still give them our money!

Something tells me, there is a chance for a 3D disc!

Sadly Paramount is not a distribution partner of RSM, unless there’s some kind of special detail like Sony USPHE handles their distribution in Australia or something.

I`m not 100% sure, but I thought Paramount titles like "Mission Impossible: Fallout" are under Universal distribution in Australia. Looked up Universal Australia websites a long time ago and there were also Paramount titles mentioned and advertised. Guess Paramount titles are theoretical in reach for RSM by Universal.

How’s the 3D in the teaser trailer? Very curious to know how it is.

Honestly I’m surprised this film is getting a 3D release from the looks of it, heck, I’m surprised there’s a 3D version of this teaser trailer in the first place! Didn’t expect this from Paramount, but hey, I’ll gladly take it.

Obviously it would be a ton of fun to see this film in 3D, looking forward to it.

Until Paramount releases their 3D movies they have locked they're dead to me. :/

I won't even try to change their minds so that they release it on 3D in a streaming app. I chose to give my money to others that do want to get my money by releasing 3D blu-rays.

Nothing too exciting in the teaser, but the depth looked relatively good. Basically your standard Hollywood blockbuster conversion.

How would you compare it to Bumblebee, if you’ve seen the recent rip of that?

Similar depth to Bumblebee, which I watched on BigScreen.

Sounds like it’s going to be a solid conversion then! Let’s hope it at least makes it to Bigscreen

Yeah, I wasn't sure whether or not to expect 3D this time. For me it's the difference between seeing it and not seeing it at all.
I would guess they may need 3D for the Chinese market.

It was a pleasant surprise to see the trailer ahead of Way of Water. The stereo depth was most noticeably strong on the scenes where Optimus Prime is pointing a gun out of the screen.
They also played the Quantumania trailer in 3D. Both of them seemed quite decent as conversions go. Not too shabby, but of course Avatar blew them away.

I'll try to catch a screening next year.

Who's excited about never getting this on 3D blu ray? No? Me neither. I can't be bothered to see it theatrically to be honest, especially if no 3D blu. I think this may underperform.

I'd like to watch this in theaters, as I've lost the chance to see Bumblebee in theaters because I thought it would get a 3D blu-ray release and regret it to this day. But if it is going to show here in 2D as other 3D movies from Paramount, then I'll skip it like the plague.

I'll be honest, I wasn't going to see this in theatres anyway, I didn't see the last 3 movies from this franchise in theatres but I'd buy a 3D blu ray day one.

If there was a release I too would buy it day one or something like that to keep my collection complete. Whithout Bumblebee in my 3D collection I have a hole in my soul and heart.

No 3D blu ray for Bumblebee is obviously a big shame but I really did not like the movie at all.

I watched it in 2D and liked it a lot and then got a depressing moment because I realized that it wouldn't have a 3D blu-ray in a near future and until today Paramount isn't likely going to release it.
