UT3 making ps3 mods Unreal tournament 3 - Blu-ray Forum

does anyone know how the hell to install this thing? i downloaded it from ut3's official website and when i try and install it all it does is say it cannot install b/c ut3 is not installed on my pc..........are you telling me that you need a copy of ut3 for pc to make mods for the ps3?!?!?!? or am i hopefully just missing somthing here.

never mind i answered my own question...............found out you do need a copy of ut3 for pc..........what the heck man.....guess ill borrow my bro's copy.
