Default monster cable rebate

i recently bought a monster cable hdmi cable and sent in for the free blu ray rebate. Has anyone else done this? If so how long did it take to receive the movie? Also is there any way to track the shipment?

I sent in two Disney/Monster Cable blu-ray disc offers. I figure it will take a very long time to get the BDs.

Anyone ever get their rebate? I sent mine on 1/6/08. Saturday, I received an empty padded envelope from Walt Disney Home Entertainment in Rockford, MN. I suspect that this may be the blu-ray DVD?? Can anyone confirm if this is the correct FROM address?!?

Thanks!

Do you recall what the envelope looked like? The envelope I received was stapled down one side. Seems they did not hold (or someone at post office removed it). I ended up with an empty envelope. I will try to call around Disney to see if they can track it down.

Thanks for the reply!

I sent my Monster Cable free BD about a month ago. My $3.99 check for S&H is still not cashed so it probably got lost.

+1!

Seriously, you can buy much cheaper HDMI cables that do just as good of a job as the Monster Cables for a lot less money, then use the money that was saved to go to a store and buy any Blu-Ray movie you want, and not have to pay shipping and handling and have the movie right then and there. Heck, you could probably buy a couple of Blu-Ray movies right then and there and still spend less money than you did getting the monster cable.

Mine took 7 weeks. When they cashed my check for shipping and handling, I got it the following week.

The fine print stated to allow 6 to 10 weeks I think. Also stated only one Blu-rya per household. Also stated that store where purchased must be in same state as buyer -stupid ruloe - never heard of that one. Also said they would not notify you if you violated any of their rules and not send back your check.
The fine print was so small, I could hardly read it -even with my glasses.
